The shipment, without any unforeseen circumstances, takes place in 1-3 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are 2.5€, while for purchases over 60€, shipping is free. For orders destined to Cyprus The shipping cost is 8€ and free for purchases over 150€.
Wrong shipments
In case the product you received does not match the product you ordered, its return must be made within 3 days of receipt. For product replacement, you can contact (+30) 210 220 4129 or send an e-mail to info@alicefashion.gr. In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
